Purchase a Physical Copy
Click the Buy Now button on the right side of the page (underneath the album image). We will ship out all ordered copies once a week (on Saturdays) via the US Postal service. Cost is $5 + shipping. Please contact us if you are outside the United States and would like a physical copy. We will be happy to make some arrangement to get you one.
Also note that if you live in Madison or know one of us personally, we can arrange to meet to avoid the shipping cost.
